Sarah does not advocate fad diets or calorie counting to achieve preferred weight. It starts with introducing the right types of food into your diet to increase metabolism and create a clean, healthy lifestyle to give you all the nutrients and energy you need.
To add to the benefits of your workouts, Sarah also does Nutrition Coaching. You will learn how to eat for your body type, fitness level and for the goals you have set. Sarah will sit down, consult and educate you on enjoying what you eat – no starvation and diet pills. No diet fad that helps you lose a few pounds only to regain it again. Your nutrition will support your exercise program – fat loss or muscle gain, or both. You will learn to make wise decisions about your personal nutrition, and how to fuel your body to achieve the results you want.
Nutrition is important as food suppliers do not help us be healthy. They make products taste better and last longer on the shelves. They make something appear healthy by labels like “FAT FREE” And “Low Fat” Or “Diet.”
Sarah encourages clients to keep a food diary so that she can analyse eating habits and point them in the right direction where necessary. Sarah will include suggesting health alternatives, analysing what is in your kitchen cupboards and providing recipes.
