I am an Advanced Level 3 personal trainer. Specialising in Running Techniques, Pre and Post Natal, weight loss, circuits, kettlebells, endurance training, diet and nutrition.

Having been a fitness enthusiast all my life, a career in Personal Training was the ideal way for me to make a profession out of my passion. Helping people achieve their goals is my mission. I work with and meet every exercise need regardless of fitness level, from beginner to professional athlete. I know that motivation is key so I try to offer my clients as much information as I can on how they’re progressing, what goals we can achieve and what we need to do to get there. I specialise in getting results fast both for weight loss and fitness.

My Hobbies

I am a very keen sportswomen. My best sport is long distance running, and I play tennis, netball, squash and love getting out on my horse in my free time. I like active holidays too such as skiing, scuba diving, trekking, cycling, swimming and exploring.

    I look at the whole lifestyle. I’m not just a personal trainer that will work you hard for an hour. I’m much more than that. I will go through everything with you and look at your diet and stress levels too, as it all contributes to weight loss.  Every programme starts with a consultation to get to know your needs, desires and personal goals. It will identify what changes are required and how best to get you in shape.

  • Secondly

    The support you receive doesn’t stop at the end of your training session. I’m constantly giving you motivation through text messages and phone calls as well as information through my social media accounts like Facebook and my website.

    It’s all about the relationship between client and trainer! We’re going to see an awful lot of each other over the coming months so it’s a good job I’ve got a good personality to see us through the programme!
